“Overall is was a fair stay. The pool had construction next to it so we didn’t bother to use. The front door need a better secure lock. It had a deadbolt and it didn’t close properly. It looked like the front door was open most of the time. Honestly, if a light kick in, it would open. I didn’t feel to safe but luckily the police station was literally down the street… but also was under construction due to the passed Hurricane. “I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival.
