We had a wonderful time in North Conway. The house was perfect for our stay. It was cozy accessible, and very clean. We are already making plans to come back.

One online description had the address as X It’s actually X and we found out only by flipping through all the photos and seeing X on the front door. The key was easy to access from the key-lock with the combination. The door was easy to open with both key and combination. There were no towels in the bathrooms. We found all the towels , which were still wet, in the dryer which we had to run. The door to the laundry room was broken as it came off the track when we tried to close it. We could not find any linen in any of the bedrooms or bureaus, so we had no top sheets. The mattresses had a bottom sheet. After turning on the breaker to the water heater the water was hot with good pressure. Appliances were operational. Thermostats were easy to control and unit warmed up nicely. Couldn’t find any extra rubbish bags. We feel the cleaning fee is unnecessary because of wet towels and no top sheets. The pillow cases were lacking as well. We liked plenty of room and working appliances . Folder with check-in and checkout procedure was great.

24 hours before check-in , you get checkin instructions. They tell you they don’t supply sheets or towels. Ac is listed in the amenities. We walked in and the Condo was 84 degrees. There are 2 small units in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. This is supposed to cool the entire unit including living room, kitchen, dining room along with the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. When I asked the host about this. She told me to go out and come back later. So we went to the pool. Guess what? The pool was empty, no water in it. The mattress were very old and uncomfortable. Other than that. We had a great time

Great place!!

This is our second time here and we have appreciated this condo very much. It’s clean and comfy and the location is fantastic . Close to soo many things to do and many yummy restaurants. The pool is large and very clean! Nice quiet neighborhood . Thank you Elizabeth !

The location was perfect. Loved everything bring on one floor. Only reason for four stars was thst there were some personal items left behind from previous renters.

Very nice little neighborhood very close to the center of North Conway, with many restaurants and shopping nearby. Very close to Cranmore as well. Condo was roomy and plenty of space for our family of 4. Would definitely recommend.

Annual North Conway Vacation

The condo was very clean and spacious. Location was perfect to shops and eats yet secluded enough. Pool was a added bonus. We had to bring our own linens and towels, not to the owners fault but were told in advance of the situation. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Great stay!

We loved the location, the layout, walking distance to the pool, and especially loved having the washer/dryer and AC units. We did have to bring our own sheets and towels, but we knew this ahead of time and the washer/dryer helped so we didn’t have to overpack towels. Communication was easy and quick when we had questions. Would definitely stay again!

Great condo for skiers

While it was only the two of us, this is a great condo for 2 couples plus there is two single beds in the bonus room. Clean, lots of room, and all the appliances worked. It was quiet and on the second floor so no one above us. We cross country ski at Jackson and Great Glen and it is an easy drive to them with a bit longer drive to Bretton Woods. It is also close to dining and stores in North Conway. Highly recommend it.

February vacation ski trip

Spacious condo with plenty of room for the family to spread out. Great view of Cranmore Mountain. Beds were comfortable and we loved the reclining sofa and chairs after a day of skiing! The kitchen was modern and well-appointed. Location was great just minutes from everything that makes North Conway special. The owners were great to work with. We had an issue with the cable TV and they worked to resolve it right away. Highly recommend.

Summer Fun

The property was great! Very clean and up to date. The only drawback was the lack of AC. There were only 2 portable units in 2 of the bedrooms and they could not cool down the condo. The temperature inside was 82+ everyday which with young children can be quite miserable. We ended up not using the room with twin beds because there was no AC, which meant out kids slept with us…not ideal! We would absolutely stay again if the AC issue was resolved. The location and amenities were fantastic! The owners were very responsive while we were there. It would be nice to get check in info the day before, instead of the morning of. That was a hit nerve wracking when traveling with kids.
