Come stay at this stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium located right at the base of Cranmore Mountain. This second-floor classic style condo is the perfect ski in ski out unit. It is centrally located just steps to the South Slope quad (which offers weekly night skiing), high speed quad, and magic carpet. This unit has more square footage (1,366 square feet) than some of the 3-bedroom units at Kearsarge Brook. The condo can be your home away from home: It is equipped with a full kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counter tops. There is plenty of cabinet space with pots, pans, bakeware, plates, glass ware, and silverware. There is a washer and dryer inside of the condo and they are free to use. Bed linens, towels, kitchen towels, paper products, hair dryers, and some toiletries are all provided. The living area and each bedroom has a flat screen tv and there is private secure high-speed internet. There is a beautiful gas fireplace also in the living area, perfect for cuddling up for a movie, game, or just to have a break and lounge. There is air conditioning throughout the unit that can be programmed to your liking. The unit also has its own locker located inside of the building on the first floor, perfect for skis, golf clubs, backpacks, and outdoor equipment. Enjoy views of the Moat Mountain range from your private balcony which has outdoor seating and more space to enjoy.
There is gated parking for only Kearsarge Brook guests/owners that is accessed by use of a fob. The lot is directly in front of the building so there is easy access coming and going. The building entrance can also only be accessed by use of a fob/key so there is the security of only owners and guests entering the building. Guests may also use the Tesla electric car charging stations right on the grounds and free of charge.
As a guest of the condo, you are free to enjoy the heated outdoor pool and hot tub on the property. There is also a gym that offers cardio, treadmill, and weights. These amenities are offered all through the year, under the owner’s membership.
North Conway was named the “Best Ski Town” by USA Today in its 10 Best Readers’ Choice Awards for 2024. Cranmore Mountain Resort was also named fourth best for snow tubing, making it the highest-ranked tubing hill in New England on the list.
When you’re not hitting the slopes in the winter, come enjoy Cranmore’s Adventure Park during the summertime. Right out the door, there is tubing, an aerial adventure park/ropes course, mountain coaster, the soaring eagle zip line, a giant swing, knocker ball, and bouncy house. Also, there is a bike park that boasts five miles of trails and a skills park. It is designed for all levels, so it is great for experienced riders, new riders, and/or families that want to go together. Bikes and equipment can be rented or you can bring your own. Enjoy the scenic chairlift for a ride to the summit and enjoy something to eat and drink at the Meister Hut. Maybe it’s the pub food, ice cream or a cold beer or perhaps you just want to enjoy a hike around the summit. Do both while enjoying the stunning views of the surrounding area.
Perhaps you are coming for a wedding or special event, Fairbanks Lodge is a few steps out the door. And the condo will have everything you need.
There is also a new (2023) paved path that connects Cranmore Mountain Resort to Hemlock Lane in North Conway. It is 2.9 miles long and is accessible to walkers, joggers, and bicyclists.
DOWNTOWN (The Village):
The condo is one mile from historic downtown North Conway village. There are local restaurants, coffee shops, art galleries, toy and clothing stores, and ice cream shops. Zeb’s General Store is a must. Conway's Scenic Railroad is right in the middle of it and offers an amazing train ride through the White Mountains. Near the train station is an incredible playground area for the kiddos. It is a great way to get fresh air in and energy out. The playground offers a splash pad during the summer months as well and a skating park area in the winter.
North Conway is also the home to the famous Settler’s Green shopping outlets. There are over 70 retail stores and outlets and it also includes several casual eateries. The shopping center features a mix of national brands and locally owned vendors. The outlets are a seven minute drive from the condo and don’t forget, it is tax free shopping!
If you are looking for more outside activities in the area, there are endless hiking trails and outside areas that are great for kids as well. Without a doubt, visit Diana’s bath, Cathedral Ledge, and Echo State Park. On a warm day, take a tube or kayak down the Saco River. Take a ride on the scenic Kancamagus Highway (particularly in the fall for the breathtaking fall colors) or take a ride to the Mount Washington Hotel and golf course. Take a short ride to Jackson, which was recently named one of the most breathtaking towns in NH by WorldAtlas. There is no way to describe the covered bridges and Jackson Falls. Jackson is also the east’s largest cross country ski and snowshoe center. If you’re looking to ski more of the east, the condo is close to Black Mountain (10 Minutes), Attitash Mountain (15 min), Bretton Woods (30 Min), King Pine, or Wildcat Mountain.

As you enter North Conway, there is a Hannaford's Supermarket, Shaw’s Supermarket, Market Basket, and Walmart Superstore as well if you need to pick up any items you might need for your stay.
KIDS:
The kids will LOVE Kahuna Laguna Waterpark (1.9 miles), Story Land (in Bartlett), Santa’s Village (in Jefferson), and Living Shores Aquarium (in Bartlett).

Not in the mood to drive? Stick around and enjoy Zips Pub which offers food, locally crafted beer, and wine. You can dine and relax on the outdoor deck and enjoy the views! Visit the Alpine Café and Bar located in the Artist Falls Lodge and sip and lounge as you watch the snow tubers on the snowtubing hill.
