Cozy 4 bd/3.5 br in N. Conway by town & mountains

Kick back & relax in this calm & cozy house. Just outside of downtown North Conway in a peaceful residential neighborhood. 15 minutes away from Cranmore skiing, tax free shopping, & more!

Nestled up to the woods and conserved land with walking trails right behind the house. The deck over looks the woods with great views from the living room and dining room.

The neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. The yard is spacious with plenty of room for parking. The driving is a pull through for convenience. There is AC and heat (in addition to the fireplaces) on the main level and the upper level.

Plenty of room for family gatherings, friendsgiving, or a summer getaway!

Centrally located, backs up to trails and over looks conserve land, neighbors keep to themselves, easy access to hiking, walking in the neighborhood, biking, and the mountains

House is not on a busy street. There is plenty of parking in the drive way, which is a pull-through for convenience.

Close to Story Land, Santa's Village, plenty of hiking trails, the Saco river for water activities (kayaking, tubing, hanging out), it's truly a great location to enjoy the area during all 4 season!

Cozy, yes, but plenty of space for the seven adults in our party. Close to everything (Cranmore skiing, N. Conway pubs) but far enough for plenty of privacy.

Peaceful getaway, great house, yard, location

This vrbo was excellent. The house itself was spacious, well stocked, and clean. There were several nooks to curl up and read a book or have a lift privacy from the rest of the group. The yard was private but the location is very central to all attractions and restaurants. We brought our dog and she was able to hang out in the yard safely because it is a quiet road and the yard is bordered on three sides by trees. The host was responsive and pleasant to deal with. The whole transaction was flawless and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Home Away From Home

The house was very comfortable and the perfect place to retire after a busy day. The kitchen was well stocked and if you chose to eat out or order out and eat in, the house was within 5 -10 minutes of excellent restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well. The owners were very accommodating and quick to respond to questions. We will definitely be returning!

Great town and close to Attitash!

The host was very communicative. Anything that came up was quickly resolved. We loved the house (location in a great neighborhood, drivable to stores 5 minutes, lots of space for 2 families, laundry room). It was the prefect home base for skiing at Attitash, shopping in town, going out for great meals, sitting by the fireplace and having family game night, etc. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

THIS HOUSE WAS PERFECT

For 4 women who all want their privacy, you couldn’t ask for a better home. It was lovely & spacious. We each had our own bedroom, plus three separate living areas for TV or reading, and 2 laundry areas. The location was perfect for us - a lovely neighborhood close to downtown N Conway, but just far enough to be removed from the peak weekend traffic. We stay in this area every year and this is the best vacation rental yet with the nicest host.
