  • Perfectly located for adventures during every season, this cozy and private mountain escape sits just steps from the famous Stonehurst Manor. The condo is quiet and cozy + central to all the action!

    After a day on the beach, slopes or hiking, come home to a spacious, well appointed condo tucked into the quiet woods. The layout is ideal for families or groups traveling together, with three bedrooms plus a loft, two and a half baths, and a large open living area centered around a warm gas fireplace. Enjoy morning coffee with views from the front and back decks. Parking is available for up to three vehicles.

    The home features a fully equipped kitchen, Roku TVs for streaming, fast WiFi, washer and dryer, air purifiers, dining room, and fireplace. Fresh linens, bath towels, essential amenities, and a detailed Welcome Book with local tips are all provided. For those with small children we have a high chair, pack and play, and double stroller available for use along with some children's toys and books. The twin beds in the bedroom closet have bed bumpers and railings for the little ones.

    Step outside to Whitaker Woods trails which can be taken all the way to town for a bite to eat or utilize them for snowshoeing and cross country skiing. Walk 1 minute to your gourmet dinner reservations at Stonehurst Manor or walk over to their Library Lounge & cocktail bar for a drink next to their warm wood fire before heading out for dinner on the town.

    The condo is professionally cleaned between stays, with a single exterior camera at the front door for added peace of mind.

    Whether you’re here for New Hampshire’s powdery slopes, vibrant autumn foliage, or a summer escape in the mountains, S’No Problem offers the perfect home base for your adventure.

Our family had a really wonderful stay here! The home has a cozy layout while giving everyone enough space, it was clean and neat and the amenities were thoughtful. The hosts reached out to make sure we had everything we needed (and suggested recommendations for the area) and even quickly answered a question we had during our stay with lighting speed. We skied at Cranmore all weekend and it was nice to be so close to the mountain. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great vacation!

Tom and Tracey's condo was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 3 children! Plenty of space to spread out, and the kids LOVED the loft! Our hosts were very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and places to charge our plug-in hybrid. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying at the condo at Stonehurst Manor. I cannot say enough about this lovely home with the best location for visiting North Conway & the White Mountains. This condo is comfortable, clean, well-equipped & welcoming. Your vacation starts the minute you walk through the door.
