“Booked with Expedia for the long weekend and when we arrived, I was told my booking was cancelled. After around 10mins of trying to figure out what happened, they found us a room with 1 bunk bed and a double bed? I have 3 kids so our 5yrs old have to sleep with us because the original family room I booked with 2 bunks beds and a queen bed was cancelled. Imagine having to pay almost $600 for a room that we never paid for. They also did not move us to a bigger family room. Room we got is with...

“Staff were really nice and pool was awesome.. breafhast was great.”

“The lady that checked us in was so nice. Nicest person I have seen working there. They were short staffed with house keeping she walked us to our room to make sure it was cleaned. Pool was great usually it’s warmer but with how hot it was outside it was perfect temp.”
