“First, the gentleman (gnanda) that checked us in was awesome. He was very pleasant, provided us with options and made sure we got into our rooms safely. Never been treated that well anywhere else. Second, the rooms, lobby and breakfast room were all exceptionally clean. Third, the lady that checked us out (amurph) was very pleasant and efficient.
