“Very happy with the stay. Room was spacious First time minibar being complimentary - was surprise and had to asked again to confirm. Just 1 pack of nuts though but quite a selection of non-alcoholic drinks - 2 bottles of juice, flavoured water, coconut juice, bottles of water, and Nespresso pods and machine. About as close to Universal Studio Singapore as you get. Definitely a good choice if you are going to USS. Close to Santosa Express and easy access to the Vivo Shopping with free...

position is nice general public area are nice

"I can not understand how hotels.com gave 5 stars. the room without body lotion, no complimentary bottles of water; laundry service expensive and abslotely weak. I complained and nothing happeneded. no paper notes in the room, nor a pencil just to wrtie a note. no bathrobe"
