“Great property, friendly staff. Only downsides was the up and down and around the adequate but not quite complete wayfinding signage around hotel.
Also wish hotels would do away with acknowledging their staff based on review feedback...more confident staff push QR code cards onto you constantly, holding you up, yet the most diliigent workers humbly go about unnoticed and don't ask for thanks - you should leave your guests to acknowledge and thank good service with gratuities or personal...

“Albergo per famiglie, ma con costi alti in una zona non giustificabili. Colazione a 22$ + tasse in una zona dove al bar paghi massimo 8$. Personale non sempre garbato e piscina dove tutti possono entrare senza fare doccia, acqua sporca.”

“The staff was courteous, helping me to drop our things early so we could go to Pulau Ubin and communicating well.
The kids loved the bus and there was TV where you could sign into Netflix, etc.”

“Very nice hotel with good facilities, rooms were spacious and the garden terrace is excellent
Only negative is the poor/basic automatic machine coffee at breakfast, suprised there is no option to get a “real quality” coffee
And why is it 18$ to play tennis….? Plus more to rent a racket (this should be free for hotel guests paying for services)
Overall a nice hotel in a central location ”
