“The room was very clean, however, the hotel was under construction. All three floors had construction going on, even in the hallways. Carpet was being laid, and I found numerous wood screws lying on the hallway, and one screw in the room. If I had stepped on one, it would have gone through the sole of my sneaker. One overhead light fixture in our room was missing the cover and the light bulbs. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom looked new but was coming loose from the wall. There were...

“The hotel was clean and comfortable. The access road entering the main highway was treacherous getting into traffic. The check in time being 4pm was inconvenient for me because after traveling all day from Tennessee I arrived at the Sleepy Inn at 3pm exhausted and needing to rest. Instead I had to sit and wait, like I had been doing all day, which was frustrating.”

“Our room was dirty after waiting 3 hours for our room. The water pressure was not good in the shower and the door to close the shower was not working properly. My parents were told their room was available and it was not and they had to wait for 30 more mins.”
