“Everything was great but the hot tub was not working”

“Close to freeway, quiet and continental breakfast kick started our day. Affordable and our two queen beds were comfy. Would stay again. Front desk lady very accommodating. Good in her position.”

“The property is very nice, they had just renovated the pool and got tub and we were told they do this every year. The staff was great. The property has ample parking and it's close to everything you could think of to eat or shop. The only down side was the breakfast. It was the same everyday, pork or turkey sausage, would have been nice to have bacon one day. They ran out of bananas on the last day we were there and a shortage of yogurt on that morning too. “Closet organizers and large doorless shower were great. Two unexplained charges hit our credit cards and I talked to five staff members while there, even the general manager, Chelsea Hope, and they couldn’t explain why we were charged or what the charges were for. When we checked out it still was not resolved and I was told to call Zander. He was suppose to be in at 11. I called and he wasn’t there. So far no return call.”
