“This property was filthy including hair in the bed and piles of dirt on the floor in the first room we were given, The second room appeared to have washed sheets but the sink was slightly clogged and the dirt and smell were horrible. The rooms were next to the elevator that shook the walls and floor every time it was called. When leaving to stay at another location we were refused verification of check out and then they never responded to any Expedia attempts to communicate for issuing a refund...
