“The ac unit shut off in the middle of the night and would not turn on again. Also no door on the toilet area is a bit strange.”

“All around great experience and we will stay again when we come back to Boise. Great location right on the river with a fun walking trail for the dog, this hotel is very pet friendly - best one we have been to for that. (and still very clean!) The staff here were amazing. From the check-in clerk, to the waitstaff at the restaurants, to housekeeping - every single staff member I encountered was extremely helpful and genuinely friendly! And, icing on the cake....we were given fresh baked...

“Our stay was great! Having worked in the hospitality industry for over 15 years, the bar is set pretty high. My only concern/complaint was that they only offer valet parking, and our car was literally parked on the street right outside our balcony. I guess I would have assumed that they had more secure parking garage availability.”
