“I normally love this hotel been there so many times, but the guy that checked us in wasn’t very friendly and I didn’t like the way he made me put the whole room on my card when I was paying cash now I have to wait for the charges to come off 2 to 4 business days. They put us in a room by construction which smelt wet and we asked to move rooms and got put by construction again, everything else was great as normal just not happy with the cleanliness and being put next to that and moved back by it...

“Bed was great. Sheets are super soft. Air conditioner was incredibly loud and needs to be serviced. Toilet button stuck. Don’t like the barn door for the bathroom. Outlets by bed didn’t work.”

“The parking situation at this hotel is ridiculous. It’s a city own garage. However they charge $25 for a motorcycle to be parked and that’s pretty much the only vehicle that can be parked as part of the hotel. It’s ridiculous. I would almost stop staying there. Just because of the parking situation.”
