"Ho apprezzato moltissimo la sua posizione centralissima, a pochissimi passi da locali e negozi di Boise. La camera era spaziosa, molto pulita, ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort. Tutto il personale cordiale e accogliente. L'unica nota dolente riguarda il parcheggio, la tariffa è passata da 18$ (cifra comunicata dall'hotel in fase di prenotazione a giugno) a 25$. Nonostante abbia mostrato la prova scritta, mi è stato imposto il pagamento maggiorato. Da una struttura di questo livello mi sarei aspettato molta più professionalità, anche se l'aumento fosse dipeso da fattori esterni, l'hotel avrebbe dovuto quantomeno avvisare in anticipo."
