“The hotel and room were luxurious. I was thrilled when I got to the hotel and saw how well maintained it was, then I was pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanliness of the room. My only complaint is that the bed was harder than I like.”

“The front desk employees at check in were very nice and I appreciated their kindness. When I woke up the first morning, there were raisins and melted M&M’s in the bed. Since I did not buy any trail mix, they had to be from the previous guests. No one seemed to think this was a big deal and asked me if I wanted all the sheets changed. When I told the housekeeper that was in the hallway, she kept focusing on my Do Not Disturb sign. I explained that there was food in the bed and that the...

“This place is nothing like the photos online. The hallways smell bad the carpet is so gross the rooms are alright but the staff need to do a better job at cleaning. There was hair everywhere and the tub was gross. If you need a cheap place to stay this is your place. The whole building needs to be redone!!”
