“Super clean and great staff. There is also a park directly across the street if you have kids or dogs in my case, it was really convenient and close to EVERYTHING! I do definitely recommend it especially that it's cleaner than most big name hotels!!”

We later learned that the person at the desk was told to lie and they knew it was a problem throughout most of the hotel.
