“Al check-in la prenotazione non risultava. Il check-in è stato lungo, ma l'impiegata ha comunque risolto il problema, alle stesse condizioni di prezzo della prenotazione. Non so se il disservizio sia da attribuire a Hotels.com o alla struttura. E' stato opportuno avere con me una stampa della prenotazione.”

“The beach is near the bedroom”

“L’hotel si trova in una posizione meravigliosa e affaccia direttamente sul porto. Il personale è estremamente gestito e ci hanno anche offerto una camera più grande. Peccato i mobili della cucina e il bagno che erano estremamente vecchi perché altrimenti sarebbe stato top al 100%. Pessima invece la colazione: non c’era nulla di caldo e la scelta era veramente minima. ”

“Struttura un po’ datata, ma con una bella piscina e un’ottima spiaggetta. Abbiamo apprezzato molto l’early check-in.”

“Everything was perfect! Property was in great condition and very clean. Staff was there whenever needed, but otherwise no one was there to bother us. Clean pool towels were always available. Hot tub was amazing and so were the views from the dock. We celebrated the new year in the hot tub while watching fireworks over the bay. Highly recommend this resort if you like privacy. We will definitely come again! ”

“Stunning property! It was very quite which we appreciated. We stayed at the Tranquility suite which was beautifully decorated. The property is gorgeous with small trails along. We used the complimentary kayaks and went out for a ride which was stunning during sunset. The waterfront and the infinity pool where the cherry on top. It must be one of the top places for a wedding so pictures in every corner. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The manager which name we unfortunately didn’t catch...

“Típico motel americano con buena posición si se desea visitar los Everglades o salir hacia Los Cayos. La habitación muy normalita. El aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruído. El desayuno mejorable, pero en general buen servicio con respecto al precio. ”
