“The dirtiest carpet I have ever been on. Years of dirt and God knows what else have never been cleaned from the rooms carpet. Every shower resulted in black gunk being washed off the bottom of our feet. It was disgusting. The door to the room jbed so we had to throw a shoulder into it just to open the door. The reins concept is cute and well thought out, but maintenance and cleanliness did not seem to be a priority.”

“After many phones calls and the help of the maintenance man we got in our room way late do to the stupid code to the door lock. The link was never accessible and had to wait a long time to get a phone call returned.”

“Not sure why Expedia gave it such a low rating. This hotel was cute, very clean and updated. The staff was extremely friendly as well. We were worried given the low rating but pleasantly surprised to walk into the room!!!!!”

“The biggest complaint that we had was the room was extremely hot and undesirable. We were provided with just a tiny fan that didn't do anything to cool it down. Both of us were up all night and unfortunately didn't get any rest. We had a very long drive ahead of us the next morning so it was a bummer. The room also felt stark. It would be cozier with some sort of area rug on the bare floors.”

“Upon arrival, had to check-in by phone. Very impersonal and took too long. The room was small with a tiny bathroom. No information or instructions was provided in the room. I paid a premium for the view of the lake and it was just okay, at best. I expected more for the cost.”
