“I am formally requesting a refund for my recent accommodation booking. Due to an error by Hotels.com, I was redirected to an alternative property that proved inadequate for my needs. My subsequent request for a refund was denied, which reflects unsatisfactory customer service. Could you please clarify how such a failure to support a customer in an isolated location is justified?”

“The road leading to the hotel is under construction and very rough, it wasn’t easy to locate.”
