“Dirty room, sheets had mud, oily wet spot, blood on mattress pad, mattress protector had urine on it. Staff weren’t able to switch rooms and don’t have fresh clean mattress protector or correct size linens. ”

“Hi, we would highly recommend staying at this hotel. With all of the new renovations it's very clean and cozy. The on-site manager, Luke, was very professional and accommodating. The only minor item that should be mentioned is the quality of the hair conditioner in the pre-filled wall dispenser located in the shower. It was low quality and merely water being dispensed. Although, the hotel does provide the small shampoo and conditioner bottles to rectify this concern. Again, we will...

“We stayed in March while they were in the middle of a huge renovation. Therefore it is best to make sure these rankings are properly framed. Our room was clean and spacious. We were however right by the entrance door from the parking lot and therefore had a LOT of noise when people were coming and going. It had a small deck but at 45 degrees with a wind off the lake, we did not sit on it! The renovation will be nice but we just wanted a place to stay for the night and it suited our needs...
