“The property advertises that it includes breakfast. This is an expensive hotel, not an Econolodge type hotel. When you arrive at the very beautiful breakfast room, only the bread, cereal, coffee, and juice is included. They charge you for the hot food. And the cereal is served in the single serving box. It feels like a bait and switch. They get all the hotel guests to come for breakfast and after sitting at the table and reading the menu you find out it isn’t really included as advertised.”

“We stayed at the Residence Inn for two weeks and overall had a great experience. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed, which made it especially comfortable for a family stay.
The location was excellent—close to shops, restaurants, and many conveniences, while still being very quiet. Since the hotel is not right next to a busy road and is near the Toyota Research Institute, it felt nicely shielded from traffic noise.
Breakfast was okay. Most items seemed pre-prepared or...

“First time at this hotel and the stay was great! Staff were friendly and helpful. Only one minor thing that caught my attention, we heard noises in the elevators, it was jolty and had small delays. Then I noticed the DIR inspection and they were expired in both elevators (one 2 years and the other 4) not sure if you want to get that looked at. But overall happy, thank you. I will definitely go back.”

“Our room seemed clean, however whoever stayed in the room before us left their undergarments for us to find. The lobby was nice, but the pool and hot tub were small. There were only 4 lounge chairs and 1 dining table by the pool, so we had to wait until someone moved to set our things down. On checkout day, leaving the parking garage, we noticed 2 vehicles broken into. Don’t leave valuables in your car!”
