“I made a reservation for a room here. But circumstances resulted in a stay elsewhere. The hotel refused to refund my reservation advance. Very poor customer service. I tried canceling within two hours of booking the reservation. But the hotel still refused to refund. Horrible experience!”

“The hotel is just above the main bus station. Lots of bus with engine on for hours. In addition they suffer blackouts and have a suoer noisy generator. Internet very slow. Poor breakfast”

“Decent hotel, however many details can be improved, such as the window curtain that lets a lot of light come in since early morning. The bedside table doesnt have an electric socket. Even worse all electric sockets are far away from the bed, so you cannot charge your mobile phone, and there is no lamp close to the bed. “Excellent staff and cleanliness. Tasty and huge portioned breakfast. Just need better water temperature control in the shower as water gets either too hot or too cold without changing the shower knob position.”

“Convenient especially if it's for a big family/group, close to the stores and a few minutes walk to mines view park. Almost everything was provided except for personal hygiene, but conveniently there are stores around the area and even within the bldg, and there's also a 711 just a few minutes walk. The staffs are very respectful as well, highly recommended.”
