“Piccolo albergo tutto in legno un po' lontano dalla cittadina, ma vicinissimo ad una spiaggetta libera. Il personale è molto accogliente e simpatico, oltre che professionale e disponibile. Pensano loro a prenotare i vari tours possibili, e vengono a prendervi direttamente in albergo. Il cibo preparato da loro è veramente buono e fresco. consiglio vivamente il soggiorno presso questa struttura. ”

“The place is nice and quiet and very clean. The house itself is very unique in style considering it's an old house. The staff are accomodating, helpful and friendly. The only problem is the parking space, its like first in, last out or the other driver has to move his car if you're at the back and need to come out ahead of them. Otherwise, all in all, the place is ok.”

“What we'd like is not only the cleanliness of the room, safe and easy parking but the hospitality and friendship of the host/owner. We were very comfortable on the first day we've met the couple, Feran and Thess. They were very accommodating and attentive to our needs throughout our stay in FNT transient house. “It had a beautiful view of the mountain in the morning from the balcony. Easy access to transportation. A 7-Eleven on the corner, which made it convenient to buy supplies. The only drawback To have to walk up and down the hill and that really wasn’t that bad.”

“Excellent facilities and very helpful staff members. The rooms are clean that made our stay very enjoyable with my family. The breakfast was tasty. Overall, the entire area, location, and surroundings are very welcoming. ”

“This property is a steal! Super affordable price, beach front, and hospitable staff (Ate Emma). The only thing missing is wifi, but for it's price, you won't mind. The place is near degisit and Lighthouse, ermita hill, and there are many stores where you can buy. This is a budget-friendly but nice place. Thanks ASJ and Ate Emma!”

“The property is all good and quiet (except the cooker is faulty). It is walkable distance to the market and parks, although it can get really busy with traffic. The room is clean, relaxing - there’s hot water in the shower but it doesn’t last long, it gets cold before you even finish showering. No lift to go up to your room nor down, so if you have lots of luggage it’s a struggle, especially if your room is on the top, and stuff won’t help to take your belongings upstairs so be prepared for...

“Owner was very accomodating, has good wifi, has cooked food, and store also has beer liquor etc. The room toilet got clogged up but good thing there was a toilet room outside. The aircon was old and dripped during the wee hours of the morning.”
