“This is my second time staying at this hotel. I felt really valued as a returning guest. They remembered me. From the security guards, bell men and reception. The coffee shop staff are also very friendly and welcoming as always. I will be back soon. Highly recommend. ”

“At check-in, there was an issue with the room I was first assigned, but the staff kindly arranged a room change right away. The second room also had a problem, and they promptly moved me again without any hassle. I really appreciated their help. Everyone was kind, friendly, and welcoming.”

The ambience is so good.
Mr.Nathan has helped us a lot. Housekeeping and all the staff/employees are all courteous and respectful.
The linens are all immaculately clean.
Once we leave the room and request for clean up, within less than 30 minutes,they’re there to make up our room.The drinking water is accessible all the time.
We’re so satisfied with our stay.
We’ll recommend this hotel to our friends and loved ones.

“Our stay at the Balay Travelodge in Paoay was great. It was clean and the staff was polite and very helpful.
There are lots of shops and food stalls near by, a market too for clothes!
