“I had an excellent experience with this property. Front desk staff were very attentive and happy. The Bistro was very clean and the gentleman working the bar / grill was great. The food BTW was good. More than I expected from a chain hotel. The room was very clean and everything functioned as it was supposed to. ”

“The room was spotless and whole hotel sparkling clean. The tile work in every area was beautiful. The staff were very friendly & answered my questions about parking garage (not affiliated to hotel but attached) Very convenient location just a block from Nationwide Arena & entertainment district and attached to Convention Center. The Bar and Cafe was beautiful and the breakfast was top notch! We will stay here again! ”

“Staff were very friendly and helpful, there was a parking garage close to the hotel and they had valet parking available. The room was very clean and maintained well. The only downside I noticed was that I stayed here in a Saturday night and there was a lot of noise and activity outside which was distracting and would make it hard to sleep if your going to bed early. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back again. ”
