“Allison was the MVP of our trip! Since we had a family room, one side of the room didn’t have good WiFi reception, signals dropped often. I talked to Allison at front desk, she immediately followed up for me and after putting a extender the signal was much better. Overall the hotel staffs including pool staffs were very courteous and friendly. I also appreciate the dehumidifier in the room - make the stay more pleasant in this weather. “The Hotel is in a perfect area, the entrance of the underground is so close! it is next to the corner. The room was super clean at our arrival and every day was perfeclty cleaned. The pool on the roof is not so big, but clean. The staff is super nice and gently. The air conditioned was a little bit stronge but easy to manage. I will sure come back!”

“Not as expected. Very noisy air-conditioning and the clubs downstairs play music until the morning. I had to sleep with my noise cancelling headphones... The staff tries hard but the overall quality of the hotel and the noise compromise the stay. Talcum powder on the bed was not very nice... I believe there are better options in different areas of the city. I suggest to spend less and go to easier places or spend more and go to a five star hotel.”
