“If you’re considering this hotel because it’s cheap and offers a “continental breakfast,” I strongly recommend choosing differently. Pay a little more and stay at the Best Western — the price difference isn’t huge, and you’ll get a much cleaner property and an excellent, genuinely delicious breakfast.
This stay was a real disappointment. I do not recommend this specific hotel in that city. I’ve stayed at the same chain in Canada and had great experiences, but this location did not meet that...

“Upon arrival, we were informed that they were painting the outside, renovating, and the hot tub didn’t work. Also walking to our room, the carpet was torn up and tripping hazard not to mention the garbage piled up outside a room that sat for 2 days. No warning to any of it and we had booked weeks prior. Also the breakfast bar worked half the time.”

“The stay was spoiled by the fact that the room smelled strongly of dogs and urine.
I could not sleep due to the odor and the windows would not open but a few inches.
The staff and amenities were good . The room itself was the problem.”
