“Very disappointed, the water in the tub wouldn't drain and we also had cockroaches and the alarm also went off at around 9 am and it took about 15 minutes for it to go off.”

“The room was moldy, smelly & dirty. There were also roaches & the hotel staff wasn’t accommodating at all. I will never stay at this hotel ever again. Absolutely disgusting. Terrible stay. 1/10.”

“staff were kind, i was denied a crib/pack and play because i had a two bed. rooms were decently cleaned. it was decent for the price paid.”

“Dirty guestroom beds, bathrooms and floors, half the machines in arcade room don’t work. Hotel staff said either stay and deal with it cause no housekeeping available or leave without a refund. Pet hairs everywhere and with allergies we couldn’t stay to protect our health. Expedia wouldn’t even fight for a refund so no to them both for me.”

“The place was disgusting. They were partying in the hallways all hours of the night and banging on our door at 3 a.m. worst experience ever”

“The room was spacious, the air conditioning was quite and worked great. Breakfast was really good with lots of options. We didn't have any problems at all and really enjoyed our stay.”
