“They only do housekeeping on certain days. The paper in the room says to ask if you need on other days which I did but I was told it’s not possible. Asked for clean towels but never got them. The text option is nice. Good breakfast options, though could use more non carbohydrate options. Pool was great for the kids. Comfy beds. TV could use an update- haven’t had to watch tv listing channel for many years….”

“The staff were accommodating and very helpful. Parking was no problem. Units that we booked were clean and well maintained. The place is secure because they lock it at night. Rate is also reasonable.”

“When we first arrived we got a terrible room, it was filthy and not at all like pictures uploaded online, my husband and I considered not staying at all as it was so terrible. We were moved to another room which was much smaller but noticeably cleaner and renovated to look a little bit more presentable. Still nothing too exciting and the other room had already put a bad taste in our mouth. We ended up staying and it was okay for the nights we were there but just based on the false advertising on...
