“The hotel reception area was stunning and the staff very helpful. Our room was lovely clean and tidy. The only thing there was a smell from the toilet which we told reception about and this was sorted out promptly. The entertainment however finished at 10pm which thought very early. The breakfast 10 stars amazing food . Well worth a visit”

“Last second booking after we arrived at our "booked" to find out they had mislaid our booking and had no space. Convenient location, slightly shabby but clean. Comfy beds. Friendly staff. Would stay again as perfect if you just want to change, clean up and sleep.”

“I have a very mixed review for this hotel. The renovated rooms are nice, but the pre-reno one I refused to stay in was nasty. Some of the staff are lovely but the manager was rude and unpleasant. I booked a superior king suite which was listed as having a sea view, sofa bed and deep soaker tub. The room I was given was smaller with a shower. According to the manager I couldn’t stay in the room I booked because it’s actually the junior suite not a superior king room. She then said it had...

“the staff were lovely but on arrival we got put in the wrong room we got put in a single when i paid for a double. I showed my booking to the man working there and he didn’t take any notice of it so then i had to message the manager and he sorted it out straight away he was very nice.
