1 Bed 1 Bath Efficiency unit

1 Bedroom Effeciency Unit with Washer/Dryer in unit. You have your own place with this unit. Nothing fancy but a clean quiet place to stay. It's a mini trailer house duplex so you get the back half for a reasonable price in a nice, safe neighborhood. Sleeps one easily with a very nice full size bed but also has a twin mattress if you need room for 2, but better suited for 1 person. Includes wi fi, microwave, 3/4 size fridge. Brand new carpet in bedroom. Pest free. I have seen zero problems in 5 years here living in this area. Cheaper/quieter and more amenities than most hotels. Washer dryer in unit. Good Wifi. TV antenna to get a few local channels. Good water heater and water pressure. Window air and local heaters - all work very well. Blackout curtains for darker atmosphere if desired. Would work for extended stays if applicable. Microwave, toaster and 3/4 size fridge but no full kitchen. Grass yard with chairs. Some of the neighborhood looks good and some pretty average but I have lived in this area for 5 years and seen zero bad things as far as things that can go wrong. The people here are good and keep to themselves and wont bother you. Room for one easily but can sleep 2 if needed. Some people who have had 2 people there say it is too small so just heads up. Also some say there is left over cigarette smell. Personally I can't smell it but if you are very sensitive to that just something to consider. I have gone to great effort to air it out and get rid of the smell but some say it is an issue. When arriving make sure to use the back door (east door) - the one with the metal stairs and white door with metal box at the base of the stairs. Park along the road parallel to the street in front of the house.
