“This hotel has truly surpassed our expectations! It is a beautiful hotel furnished and accessorized with the beauty of the French baroque time period. So very well thought out right down to every detail. We loved our conversations with Stephanie and it was a pleasure all around. Savannah was so helpful in finding us a quiet area to relax and feel quite at home. We met Harold at the end of our stay and we had a quick and enlightening conversation. This will be our favorite place from now on...

“All was wonderful. Breakfast eggs and meat were undesirable, but rest of breakfast was okay.”

“We are travelling with our pet dog, and Monument Inn and Suites has pet friendly rooms. The room was a suite with a little kitchenette. Everything was clean and roomy. I ate a delicious breakfast of scrambled eggs with cheese and salsa. There was a park near the property where we could walk our good boy. Bonus: the Scott's Bluff Monument was about a 5 minute drive away. Grocery store in walking distance.”

They got our room reservation wrong (reserved a king bed and got 2 fulls and was told that's all they had left), the motel is very old and has not been updated since it opened in probably 1940. The room smelled like stale cigarettes (and I'm a smoker). You couldn't use the plug in in the bathroom because it was above the mirror and no room to plug anything in. There weren't any cups to even get a drink of water. The floor was so soft in spots you felt...

“Had a reservation for late at 11 pm. They were aware. Arrived in the lobby and no one was there to check me in. The desk phone said dial zero for after hours support {10 pm} for late check in and I would be helped. I dialed zero 15 times with no answer and spent 40 min in he lobby trying to book another hotel. What a joke!”

“the Pool area was clean well maintained. There is a casino owned by a different company that the Motel this was nice and the area outside adjacent to the pool very nice. The room was dated and in need of maintenance carpets in room and hall very worn Paint and Fixtures old. looking at another area of the motel there were broken windows and screens falling off. The exterior land scaping had not been maintained in a long time and is dying. restaurant staff two people were trying but it took over...

“Motel da incubo!!! Tralasciando il fatto che il motel cade a pezzi…la mia camera puzzava talmente tanto che mi è venuto da vomitare…l’ho fatto presente e hanno semplicemente spruzzato detergente sulla moquette che dopo poco puzzava più di prima di marcio e di muffa. Dal bagno usciva un’odore di cadavere. Inoltre il motel non è per niente sicuro, ci vive una gang che mi ha osservato ad ogni mio gesto e ogni volta che mi muovevo…ho dormito malissimo anche perché la finestra non si chiudeva quindi...
