“Clean, comfortable and affordable room with nice shower! Bri met us with a smile and showed us around the place. We were not able to use the cute fire-pit area or tiki bar due to inclement weather, but I'm sure it's a hit on nice evenings. Coffee and tea are available 24/7 in the main house. Rooms come with a fridge which is great if you go out to eat and have leftovers. Centrally located on the island. ”

“Not enough hot water for geyser, only one person could shower at a time, then had to wait for water to heat up again.”

“Condition of the property was poor. We had an Ocean view room, but the balcony was so filthy, and the glass windows were so caked with sand and salt water spray that you could not even look out the windows. Those windows should be cleaned after every guest and they had not been cleaned and I couldn’t tell you when, the view was beautiful from the balcony but you couldn’t even look out the window. Paint peeling off of the ceiling and wallpaper peeling off of the walls. The room definitely needed...

“Cute little dormer had everything we needed. Much more than a “room rental.” Owners very helpful and anxious to please. Abundance of info given on surrounding areas and dining. We thoroughly enjoyed all the dining options they recommended. We should have paid more attention to the detail that renters need to climb 3 sets of stairs. We did not have a problem with that (other than ground or second floor would have been easier) or but others may. A good experience for us. ”

“Ma che brutto questo posto!!! Le foto del motel riprese dall'alto ingannano, così come le foto delle camere, sono proprio brutte; appena si entra si sente odore di muffa, il condizionatore fa freddo ma non toglie l'umidità e inoltre fa un rumore infernale. Siamo stati tre notti in questo posto e non hanno mai fatto le camere, cambiavano solo gli asciugamani. Bagno minuscolo. Pulizia da migliorare. Porta di ingresso indecente così anche quella specie di portico con due sedie un vaso con sabbia...

“We arrived after hours, and Jim made sure we had what we needed and for our arrival to be seamless as possible. Our room was in excellent condition and super clean and fresh. Our bed was comfortable, seemed brand new and we had no problems! We will definitely stay at the Dolphin Oceanfront again in the future. Thanks again! ”
