The house is convenient for living with small children. There are no steps, no sharp corners, no loose decorative elements, there are plastic dishes.
RESTRICT:
🎿 No shoes worn around the house 🐜 Please keep all food/eating in the dining areas to avoid attracting bugs. No food or drinks in the bedrooms. ☕️Please use placemats on dining and coffee tables (inside and outside) You are responsible for new damages!
🌖The Dishwasher and Washing machine do not turn on at night, don’t use the Shower at night between 2 and 4 am.🕛 The water system is being cleaned.
🚿Shower. Clean the glass door after each use.
🧺Laundry. Wipe it dry after each use of the washing machine. If mold forms, the fine is $50.
Do not use laundry capsules as this may clog the drainage system. Use only laundry detergent.
No illegal substances!
Strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction from the property and the refund will not be provided for the remaining balance of your stay.
🐾 No pets! Any evidence of pets will result in additional cleaning fees starting at $200. 🚭 No smoking/vaping inside. The charge of $500 will incurred if any sign or smell of smoke is detected after guests checks out.
Trash is picked up on Thursday mornings, please pull bins out to the curb on Wednesday evening (garbage pick up schedule is provided).
For bagged food waste, use only a Can with a Black lid.

No parties or events are allowed in the house.
Any visitors which are not part of the original group must be pre-approved by hosts in advance and may not stay overnight without a reservation change request.
CHECKOUT:
■Remove sheets (excluding mattress protector) and pillow cases and leave on bed or floor.
■ Do not leave wet towels on the bed.
■Rinse and place dinnerware in the dishwasher and turn on before you leave
■ Please clean the grill before departure using the cleaning products and tools provided to avoid a $50 charge.
■ After leaving, close all doors.
