“Leslie was very welcoming, the cabin was very well furnished in a spare, beautiful way. The view of the mountains from the bed was a real treat, as was the deep Japanese hot tub.”

We decided to try the wood fire pizza they offered for dinner and got to watch her make the whole thing, also found out she built that oven herself, very impressive! “The host was welcoming, especially their dogs who were very friendly greeters. My kids enjoyed how friendly they were. I appreciate how easy the home was to access, especially because we got there late at night. It’s a rugged cabin and that is part of the charm. I thought the location was great, close to Gore and the Garnit lodge, cemetery road is nice for walking, very scenic. I imagine it’s a great place in the spring /summer, will possibly return for spring rafting and kayaking. ”
