“Room was very nice and clean”

“The room and property were clean. A/C worked great. We asked (twice) for our room to be cleaned on a specific day, (you have to request room cleaning) it did not get done. After another request was done the next day, which was the day before we left. Danielle did an awesome job!!!! The TV remote was not working very well. Got another remote, was not programmed for that TV, had only 1 channel for 2 days. Finally got another remote that worked. Asked for a pillow, was basically told no. (Was...

“The hotel was essentially located very easy to access off of the highway close to malls and food shopping. Friendly staff, however we were without hot water for our staff. We were told that the Water would be working and on but the next day, no hot water cold shower it is we didn't come for swimming, but the pool was also down. The room was clean fairly. I'm not too picky but their work a few things forgotten about woke up in the morning with a leaky toilet. We were always staying overnight so...

“Clean room and helpful staff. Plenty of parking and seemed safe. Breakfast good. Room okay but walls thin and husband slept poorly due to mattress. Could use new flooring in elevator and entry area”

“Great place to stay. Staff was always very helpful and kind. Room and amenities very clean. Convenient location.”

“The wallpaper was peeling in the room and hallways. The hallways were dark and not air conditioned. Everything was old and in need of repair. The restaurant wasn't open and the breakfast was a small pastry in a to-go box. The pool was freezing and cloudy. The TV was very small and not streaming services adaptable. There is also no microwave in the rooms. I was there two nights and never saw house keeping. Aurora is a nice neighborhood, this hotel might have been nice 20 years ago but not now.”

“After checking in I could not open the room written on the card envelope. I went back down to have the card set up a second time and it failed to work again. I went back down and a different front desk attendant asked my name to look up my reservation and discovered the wrong room and floor was written on the envelope. It was very inconvenient as I had a cart full of luggage to haul back and forth and the “wrong” room was very far from the front desk.”
