“The checkin process has changed as there was no lockbox but instead an electronic keypad. This was confusing but the support person was helpful and we were inside within 15 minutes. “Good location, nice views overlooking the harbour, bright and airy. Welcome package was a nice touch. Nothing in the description mentions the amount of stairs (you need to go down two flights to get to the outside of the building, then up three flights to get to the unit), which is not ideal with luggage. Had a problem with the FOXTEL not working…messaged the manager, but got no reply. Bifold door for bathroom did not have an inside handle, meaning you could not close door without getting...
