Kaibo A1 è un condominio al primo piano (unità angolo / fine) finemente arredato e attrezzato al Kaibo Yacht Club (Fase 2) nella tranquilla Cayman Kai, North Side. Questo 2 camere, 2 bagni condominio è finemente arredata, con colori caldi. La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king size che si affaccia la calma North Sound di Grand Cayman con bagno en-suite e grande ripostiglio. L'ospite / 2 ° camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con vista sul giardino. Per gli ospiti aggiuntivi, vi è un divano letto nel soggiorno. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici e stoviglie per una vacanza confortevole e conveniente lontano da casa. Il condominio è dotato di TV via cavo (audio surround) e ad alta velocità (Wi-Fi) accesso a internet, nonché un assortimento di giochi e DVD per tutta la famiglia.

Gli ospiti riceveranno uno sconto sui veicoli a noleggio presso Economy Car Rental, Grand Cayman. Basta essere sicuri di ricordare che vi trovate al Kaibo condomini - A1.

Kaibo Yacht Club è situato proprio accanto (letteralmente a pochi passi di distanza). Il Club comprende un porto turistico, bar sulla spiaggia, ristorante più fine (al piano superiore), con un rum bar, minimarket (orario limitato), sport acquatici e noleggio. Ogni Martedì sera, il Club offre un barbecue sulla spiaggia con una band dal vivo. Sono disponibili ulteriori opzioni di ristoro a Rum Point, un rapido 2 minuti o 10 minuti a piedi. Uno dei migliori ristoranti dell'isola (Il Faro) è a 25 minuti di auto. Starfish Point è un facile 5 minuti a piedi ed è un luogo ideale per godere di un romantico pic-nic e guardare il tramonto.

Questo tranquillo, rilassato area di Grand Cayman è lontano dal trambusto di George Town / 7 Mile Beach. Offre albe e tramonti sulle calme acque del Mar dei Caraibi. Great Stay!! End unit is quiet and private.Loved that it is on ground floor and you can walk right out to the beach or pool. Views were fantastic. Easy access to Kaibo next door, water taxi to Camana, tour boat to Stingray City, walk to Starfish point or Rum point. Blair was very helpful and check-in/out a breeze. Hope to return. Thanks Blair.

The view as amazing! Having the coffee shop and restaurant right next store as Awsome. They just close early and there is not much else around so don’t miss out and go to late or bring food with you. Also if you’re there on a Tuesday they do a bare foot BBQ and it’s well worth it but make a reservation. Hope to come back again.

Great accomodations and stay at Rum Point. If you're searching for a quiet and relaxing part of the island, this is it. Far enough away from the busy part of the island while still being close to restaurants, diving / snorkeling and various beaches. Highly recommend!

Pet-friendly staycation in Cayman Kai

We had a lovely week at this pet-friendly staycation beside Kaibo in North Side / Cayman Kai. The views from the living room, master bedroom, and screened-in patio were gorgeous. We had the convenience of Kaibo Restaurant / Bar right next door but none of the noise. Daily dog walks to Starfish Point and enjoyable hours spent at the pool (sans dog). Breakfasts on the lanai (sans mosquitoes) even in July were pleasant. The place was well-equipped and we were able to cook and enjoy most of our meals at "home". Would recommend this place for anyone wanting the best of both worlds - getting away from it all with the convenience of a good restaurant and espresso bar just steps away.

Secluded and relaxing location

The condo was perfect, especially being the end unit on the ground floor. The beach was steps away and it was wonderful being able to wander six feet out the door and be on the middle of a clean private beach. There was a little bit of noise from the restaurant next door, but I actually enjoyed the faint music. It still felt private with the hedges separating the spaces. The condo was very clean and I appreciated the amount of dishes and spices available in the kitchen. The beds were confortable and I loved that beach towels were available. There were also floats and snorkel gear for use. We had a great time snorkeling at Starfish Point and visiting the Crystal Caves 10 minutes down the road.

Home away from home

Peaceful ocean front condo

This condo was perfect! We loved the private beach. The condo is located directly next door to a great little coffee shop and the Kaibo restaurant. There are several starfish in the water and we had fun searching for them. The feral roosters were great entertainment. Rum Point is very close and the pizza at Rum Point’s restaurant was delicious. If you’re looking to get away from chaos of city life, this is the place to be!

Slice of Paradise!

We started our trip here before a work conference at SMB, and it was the most relaxing spot. The peaceful days made us not want to leave. The condo has everything you need to feel right at home and the hammocks by the Sound were amazing.

Peaceful Beachfront Stay with Island Charm

Quaint location at Cayman Kai / Rum Point. The condo is on the ground floor with a lanai that opens right onto the beachfront. It’s conveniently located next door to a great restaurant- the food is definitely worth trying, and we were never disturbed by noise. The property features a nice pool, hot tub, hammock and grill, along with basic necessities for cooking at home. Beach towels and on-site laundry were also a plus. The condo was nicely decorated and very clean, with a charming island feel that added to the experience. The location couldn’t be better; it’s calm, peaceful and absolutely beautiful. Blair, our host, was very easy to reach, prompt, and kind whenever we needed assistance. Although we found it a little tricky to locate initially - even with maps - the area is very safe and quiet. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back!

Perfect stay at the North Side of Grand Cayman near Rum Point. The condo is spacious and equipped with everything you might need for a stay with your family. The beach is just in front of the condo, and Starfish Point is within walking distance. This is a tranquil part of the island which we very much appreciated. In September we had the beach on some days completely for us. The owner was extremely helpful and allowed us to check in earlier and stay a couple of hours longer without charging extra. Perfect stay at a perfect place.

Amazing condo

We stayed at this condo in mid-August and had a wonderful experience. The property was spacious, clean, and the air conditioning kept us cool and comfortable. The condo is right on the beach, away from busy areas. It's just a short walk to Starfish Point, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Blair was incredibly responsive and quick to reply to any of my messages. Thank you, Blair - we'll definitely be returning!

Best Trip Ever

Absolutely fantastic stay! The property exceeded all our expectations—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The host was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to Rum Point and Starfish Point (short walks), great place to have a boat pick you up for the day, and the beach is steps away. We also used the water taxi. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. Will definitely return!

Relaxing Stay at Rum Point.

Nice n cozy. Beach is good for water sports but not for swimming. Condo was warm and comfortable. Kaibo restaurant next door is convenient.
