Experience the perfect tropical getaway at Tortuga Kai condo located in the exclusive Cayman Kai/Rum Point area of Grand Cayman. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, ground floor, oceanfront / beachfront / poolside condo is in the Caribbean oasis of Kaibo Yacht Club Condominiums Phase II.

Guests are sure to love the nine foot ceilings, granite counter tops, travertine marble vanities, ceramic tile floors and central AC. Retire on the king size bed in the luxurious Master Bedroom overlooking the gorgeous Caribbean Sea. The queen size bed in the second bedroom and the sofa sleeper will allow this condo to accommodate up to a total of six guests.

You will love spending time relaxing on the screened in patio as you watch the boats docking at Kaibo Yacht Club.

A beautiful view of the ocean can be enjoyed from the screened in patio, lounge and Master Bedroom. A water cooler is available for your use with hot, room temperature and cold water. We have a Netflix account in the living room for you to enjoy while staying and both bedrooms have cable TV. Amenities abound with snorkeling gear, fishing gear, paddle boards, kayaks, adult bikes, kids bikes, a gas grill, washer and dryer and more!

Amazing Property
We had a wonderful 2-week stay at this property and it was absolutely amazing. The location for us was perfect as we enjoy a quiet and relaxing environment. Waking up to the amazing view with coffee on the lanai was the best way to start each day. The unit is very spacious and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We always felt safe and everyone we met and spoke to around the complex were always so friendly. Prior to our arrival Kadi provided us with so much helpful information and the communication with her was always top-notch! We rented a car for the 2-weeks and we enjoyed exploring the Island/beaches and then returning to our quiet oasis. We don’t often return to the same place twice, but this place has captured our hearts and we look forward to our stay next year. Thank you Kadi for providing a wonderful experience for us.

Best location we have ever stayed.
This was our first time to Grand Cayman, but it won’t be our last. This condo was perfect! It is better than advertised. The location could not be any better if you are looking for a quiet resort with every amenity imaginable included. You literally walk out the back door and step into sand with the option of taking 10 steps to the pool or 50 more steps to the beach. Condo was very nice and came with things we don’t usually see in condos. 2 SUPs, 2 kayaks, fishing poles, tackle, bikes, etc. Lots of towels and everything needed for cooking. The beach in front of condos is one of the best on the entire island, and starfish point is a short walk away. You can snorkel right in front of the condo if you want, and there is a dock for chartered boats to pick you up and take you to stingray city. I wouldn’t change a thing, and we will definitely be back to stay in the same place.

Top shelf with all the amenities.
My husband and I and three grown children stayed here for 5 nights over Christmas. Wonderful place to stay. Roomy, clean, and well stocked kitchen and bathroom all very clean. They have all the water toys you could want (do not have to rent anything) unless you want motor activities and you can get that right next door at the marina. Plenty of outdoor chairs and tables. We used the grill several times and it was nice having that. Also a restaurant next door good food but drinks are a little high priced. But it’s vacation!! Everything looked as it does in the listing. Showers have great water pressure and the beds are comfortable. Couch pulls out to a bed but the mattress probably needs replacing. It was ok for us as only one person slept in it. The owner was great communicating with me. Overall when we go back we will stay here. Thank you Kadi for sharing your beautiful home with us.
