Paradise Found
From the first communication, to the check out process this was easy and wonderful. The property was exactly has shown and described. Clean condo, with enough room for 4 adults. 2 nice size bedrooms and baths. Kitchen was well stocked with tools, dishes and glasses. Lots of beach towels to enjoy the great pool (that’s steps away from your door) and ocean. Lovely to have a porch to sit on to enjoy a beverage, food or relax. The property was very well kept outside. Loved the view of the ocean from the condo and the opportunity to enjoy the water. Lots of toys (kayaked, paddle boards and more) supplied at this property. Already looking at dates when we can come back to this condo!

Amazing Property
We had a wonderful 2-week stay at this property and it was absolutely amazing. The location for us was perfect as we enjoy a quiet and relaxing environment. Waking up to the amazing view with coffee on the lanai was the best way to start each day. The unit is very spacious and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We always felt safe and everyone we met and spoke to around the complex were always so friendly. Prior to our arrival Kadi provided us with so much helpful information and the communication with her was always top-notch! We rented a car for the 2-weeks and we enjoyed exploring the Island/beaches and then returning to our quiet oasis. We don’t often return to the same place twice, but this place has captured our hearts and we look forward to our stay next year. Thank you Kadi for providing a wonderful experience for us.

Best location we have ever stayed.
This was our first time to Grand Cayman, but it won’t be our last. This condo was perfect! It is better than advertised. The location could not be any better if you are looking for a quiet resort with every amenity imaginable included. You literally walk out the back door and step into sand with the option of taking 10 steps to the pool or 50 more steps to the beach. Condo was very nice and came with things we don’t usually see in condos. 2 SUPs, 2 kayaks, fishing poles, tackle, bikes, etc. Lots of towels and everything needed for cooking. The beach in front of condos is one of the best on the entire island, and starfish point is a short walk away. You can snorkel right in front of the condo if you want, and there is a dock for chartered boats to pick you up and take you to stingray city. I wouldn’t change a thing, and we will definitely be back to stay in the same place.

Top shelf with all the amenities.
My husband and I and three grown children stayed here for 5 nights over Christmas. Wonderful place to stay. Roomy, clean, and well stocked kitchen and bathroom all very clean. They have all the water toys you could want (do not have to rent anything) unless you want motor activities and you can get that right next door at the marina. Plenty of outdoor chairs and tables. We used the grill several times and it was nice having that. Also a restaurant next door good food but drinks are a little high priced. But it’s vacation!! Everything looked as it does in the listing. Showers have great water pressure and the beds are comfortable. Couch pulls out to a bed but the mattress probably needs replacing. It was ok for us as only one person slept in it. The owner was great communicating with me. Overall when we go back we will stay here. Thank you Kadi for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Everything you need!
Five of our family (all adults) stayed here for a week and we had absolutely everything we needed! The condo felt like home and we could kayak, paddleboard, bike, sit by the pool, enjoy the beach, etc. We cannot recommend this property highly enough for a relaxing and/or active vacation!

Great place, great stay
This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we really like it. The Kaibo and Rum Point restaurants were open this time, so there’s more options for eating out if that’s what you’d like to do. We prefer to grill and did a lot of our meals on the grill. Our expectation is to stay here when we return to Grand Cayman.

Just Wonderful
The condo was exactly as described. Very well appointed for all of your activities. It was nice to have the beach chairs, umbrellas, pool noodles and a soft cooler bag for trips to 7 Mile. We could pack all of our food and drinks and lounge all day with no worries. Also, having the water filtration syatem was a plus as well as the coffee maker. Loved the interior, pool, and grounds. We like quiet, so the secluded location was a plus! It is an easy drive to the other side so don't let that stop you from booking!!

Amazing Time in Paradise
We had an amazing time as always!!! This was our 5th stay at Tortuga Kai, and we’re looking forward to returning in 2024. The home is well appointed with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The pool and hot tub are only a few steps from the patio door. There is so much to do nearby. The kayak and paddle boards are great for exploring Starfish Point, and some of the best snorkeling trips depart directly from the nearby Kaibo Dock.

A well stocked quiet place to stay
The property was quiet and relaxing. It is well stocked with anything you will. The owner was very quick to respond. Make sure you kayak to starfish point, all the starfish are between Kaibo and the point. There is a lot to see just snorkeling infront of the condo. Rum Point just down the road offers good snorkeling, good food, and a quiet relaxing beach. My kids are already wanting to come back.

Perfect Stay
We loved this property and the location of it in Grand Cayman! We did three excursions and they all left from the dock right on the beach—which made them stress free. My kids had fun swimming in the water right in front of the place and the pool. We loved all the amenities with the place. I would recommend kayaking to Starfish point—it took about 20 minutes and about 1/2 way to the point there are a ton of starfish! I think they are hiding from all the boats that go to Starfish point. My kids loved all the toys as well. It felt so nice and homey it made for a good stay. Two recommendations if you stay here: 1) get bug spray! Ton of bugs at night and stores are not close 2) I would have bought more groceries to use in the very nice and well equipped kitchen to have saved money, since you are not close to many options. We loved staying on this side of the island. Thank you for sharing your place with us! It was magical!

Another wonderful vacation at Kaibo B14
One of most favorite places in the world. Kadi is a wonderful host and ensures that we have everything we need for our stay. She is responsive and thoughtful. The unit is so well equipped with everything from bamboo sheets to lots of water and land toys. The good snorkling gear is a major plus and the 2 paddle boards are great. The clear kayak is also fun! We can't wait to go back next year!!!

Location, location, location !
I’d give six stars if I could! This was my first trip to the island and my partners second where he had stayed on Seven Mile. We both can’t image staying anywhere else after this visit. The condo is located in a dream like little cove and the patio door opens right on to the white sand. Fully stocked for an active vacation, we did not have a car and didn’t miss that one minute. Bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, propane grill, pool, hot tub, cocktails within a stones throw at Kaibo bar… We hired a chef to come in and cook and he commented how equipped the kitchen was. We didn’t have small kids along, but plenty of gear if you did. The view, location, the well stocked and thought through condo furnishings all make this a 10 out of 10. We will be back for sure.

Perfect for A Quiet Getaway
We especially enjoyed the grill and screened in porch and being able to make our own meals since meals out with a teens tend to get expensive! Beds were great and the owner sends you a very helpful packet of info about some great places on the island. My teenagers loved the pool and hot tub. The community here was not busy and very quiet which we loved! Plenty of beach chairs, hammocks, and towels which was so nice! If you want some peace with all of the amenities, this is the place to go! We would recommend and also stay here again!

Amazing Property
Everyone on the property was so nice. The unit was perfect in every way. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of dresser and closet space with lots of hangers. Tons of beach towels. Use the tour operators that leave from the pier next door. The stingray, snorkeling, and starfish point are all on the condo side of the island. The guided tour at the botanical gardens is a must. You not only get to know what you’re looking at but Hal gave us a lot of island history since he lived on Grand Cayman all of his life. If you take the kayak out to the right of the cove, and go near the shore, there are tons of starfish. The beach at the condo was very nice with plenty of chairs and hammocks. Starfish point was also beautiful and a short walk away from the condo. Car rental was a must. We used Andy’s car rental. Kadi, the property manager was great!

Great stay
Tortuga kai was perfect for our family of four. The beach and pool was quiet and footsteps away from the unit. The unit was one of the most organized and well equipped rentals I have ever stayed at right down to every possible extra toiletry you could need if you were in a pinch. The host was very responsive and had information in key places in five unit. Location was excellent, and we saw ton of Starfish at the beach in front of the unit. More than ag starfish point. We would definitely return, and it would be a great place for families, seniors, or visitors with no kids.

Clean, quiet, and serene
My family of 5 stayed at Tortuga Kai. The condo was really clean and comfortable and the views were amazing. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and more. My children loved the kyacks and the pool floats and there was tons of snorkeling equipment. The area is fairly quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile beach. Tours leave right from the pier at the restaurant next door (sting rays, snorkeling, bioluminescent bay). Our only complaint (if you can call it that) was that the water in the cove in front of the condos was full of sea grass and a fair number of jellyfish. We stuck to the pool for swimming while at the condo and took several trips to better swimming and snorkeling spots around the island. Having a car is a must. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we highly recommend.

I’m reluctant to say how wonderful this property is for fear of never being able to get any availability for future visits. The condo is very pleasantly appointed, generously equipped and in a fabulous location. The condo was not ready when we arrived so the property manager sent us to the yacht club for lunch, on her, and it was delightful. We’ll definitely book again.

Wonderful condo with a stunning view
This condo is a great condo, with a great property manager. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen of utensils and pots/pans. The view is second to none. It is packed with water toys. The pool is steps away. The property manager was always responsive in a timely manner. Remember the location is the peaceful side of the island at Kaibo. This means it’s quite a drive to Georgetown and Seven Mile Beach. We selected this on purpose and loved it. In our opinion you do need a rental vehicle. We were there during low season. Kaibo Yacht club upstairs restaurant was closed and the downstairs bar and grill is only open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (both open in November). Rum Point is also shut down “until further notice”. But these were no problem for us, we liked the solitude.

Sparkling clean condo & nicely furnished. Very comfortable master bed - excellent nights sleep! The best stocked condo we’ve had the pleasure of staying in. Toys for all ages. Our 1 yr old enjoyed the pool floats. Husband kayaked and I enjoyed the SUP. We just really appreciated the cleanliness of the condo and attention to detail especially traveling with a baby. We normally frantically run around wiping down all surfaces but didn’t feel the need to do so here-we could relax and enjoy our stay from the first moment to the last! Excellent dining & coffee right next door. Enjoy!

Our family has been visiting Grand Cayman for over 25 years. Tortuga Kai is by far our favorite place to stay. The condo is well appointed with everything you need for a relaxing and fun Cayman vacation. Kadi is a superb host. The pre-arrival information packet provides everything you need for a stress-free arrival, stay and departure. The condo is well appointed with all the amenities of home. The condo is only steps from the swimming pool. The kayak and paddle boards provide a great way to explore Starfish Point, and the bikes are great for exploring Cayman Kai and Rum Point. There is ample safety equipment for adults and children, and it is all in great shape. One of the best restaurants on the island, the Kaibo, is a short beach walk from the condo. Numerous snorkeling and Stingray City tours depart from the Kaibo's dock. We highly recommend booking one of the early morning Stingray City tours. There are many great restaurants a short drive from the condo located on the East End and in the Savannah area. Also, if you happen to visit in June or July stop and pick up some local mangos from a roadside stand. They are incredible!!! Now that the Caymans are re-open we look forward to our yearly visit, and will definitely be returning to Tortuga Kai

Peace and Tranquillity!
Fabulous stay for a family of 5 with 3 teens! I loved how peaceful it was. I sat outside every morning and was often the only person out! My kids enjoyed the kayak, paddle boards, volleyball and floats that are a part of the rental. I love how the beach was 40 steps from the condo! Kadi had a wonderful packet of information that she sent before our arrival, so I able to book different tours before we went, and most of the left from the dock next door or less than a mile away, so it was so easy! The condo was stocked with everything we needed and restaurants and stores were listed in her detailed notes. The only downside was that the water in the bay isn’t the beautiful turquoise color, but we got to see that on our boat tours and when we went to 7 mile beach a few of the days. I can’t wait to go again and will check this condo for availability first!

Everything you could think of was included with the property. The location was very peaceful compared to the business of the 7 Mile Beach area. Even a printer was on site to print up our covid test results prior to departure. Wonderful experience and would definitely return. Kadi was extremely responsive to my emails and phone call with various questions.

Relaxing and fun
The first couple of days felt like we were on our own private island. The complex became busier as Easter weekend approached but not too busy. The property was very clean. Kayaking and paddle boarding were fun and we saw several star fish. We ate lunch at Kaibo Beach Bar & Grill twice and the food was fantastic. We were disappointed that Rum Point was closed down indefinitely. Be sure to stop at one of the major grocery stores to stock up on food and liquor prior to driving to Kaibo. The mom-and-pop stores near Kaibo are very expensive with limited choices.

As a very picky renter, I would have to say this is probably my very best vacation rental experience. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, we loved the pool, the low key beach, the fast wifi, and the delicious restaurant with great vibes right next door. Everyone at the property was so friendly. Kadi went above and beyond for us in a number of ways and we were SO grateful for her. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy everything this site has to offer. We will 10/10 stay here again if we come back to Grand Cayman and would recommend it if you plan on staying on this side of the Island.
