“I asked the desk to charge the card I used for the security deposit (which I presented at check in) for the final total, yet they charged the credit card I used to hold the room when I made the reservation. Also, he couldn’t get the printer to work at check out, so I asked for an email receipt, which he said he would send, and I never got it.
As for the room, the TV didn’t work, and there was no full length mirror. Also saw no hand soap on bathroom the sink, but found something in the shower...

“We stayed here to kick off our Anniversary Roadtrip through New England. It was a friendly welcome by staff, a decent and comfortable room, and the location was great for the Aquarium and Olde Village. Very walkable and parking is convenient. Room was reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again”
