“Amazing service very welcoming”

“Struttura bella nelle parti comuni ma camera non all'altezza. Avevamo una family, con moquette molto sporca e odore di fogna, oltre alla vista su un cassone dei rifiuti. Abbiamo soggiornato in un periodo in cui la struttura era piena quindi non ci siamo osati a provare a chiedere un cambio camera. Abbiamo invece usufruito della piscina che è molto bella pulita. ”

“The hotel was very cute and quaint. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious! We had dinner in the bar and it was great, as well. There was a bus stop just across the street, but we decided to walk to town, and it was a very easy walk. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Nice hotel but the rooms are a bit old fashioned. The rooms don't have a kettle in them, very unusual for Ireland and certainly not expected in a hotel of this standard. I was here for a business trip so I wanted to work for a few hours while enjoying a coffee or tea in my room. Also the breakfast is a buffet, again not what I was expecting from a countryside hotel, I was expecting a freshly cooked breakfast.”

“Our family travelled around Ireland and London for 2 weeks and stayed at 9 different hotels and this was the best hotel we stayed at even though it was the least expensive. The newly remodeled rooms are beautiful and spacious. The staff was very friendly and it was within walking distance of the Bunratty castle and other restaurants. The most pleasant surprise though was the spa with a beautiful pool and saunas along with a great workout facility. If you are planning to stay anywhere near this...

“The hotel itself is very good. However, the dining room service is terrible. This is the second time that we'e stayed at Kinnitty, and both times it took more than 45 minutes to get our meals. This is unacceptable--no meal should take more than 20 minutes to prepare. The first time we were there, three years ago, we were the first or second to place our order. This time there were many more people in the dining area, but they had all been served already. In neither case should it have taken more...
