It is all about the views and tranquility!!! Spacious, Immaculate Waterfront 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, first floor condo with air conditioning. Truly ONE OF A KIND!!!!

Less than 100 ft from jumping in the ocean! Stunning water views from every window! Incredible sunset views of Provincetown's Monument, AND EXCLUSIVE USE of 25 x 30 ft oceanfront deck-No other unit has access to this magnificent deck. Imagine grilling and enjoying a glass of wine/beer or your favorite cocktail while watching the waves crash or taking in spectacular sunsets!

Sunny Open floor plan. It has a large fully modernized kitchen (fully equipped) with high end cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless appliances. This home has gleaming hardwood floors throughout.

The main living area is open concept with a spacious living room and comfortable leather couch. The living room has expansive windows and walks out onto the HUGE deck.

The deck features 2 custom picnic tables for ample outside eating and your own new barbecue. It is fully equipped with beach chairs and beach toys and fabulous "eco friendly" Adirondack chairs and lovely nautical loungers. Walk directly off the deck onto sand-no retaining walls -no stairs- the beach and the surf are right there. Not somewhere off in the distance.

The home has a gorgeously appointed bathroom with granite countertops, ceramic floors, and separate shower.

It also has two HUGE bedrooms with gleaming hardwood floors, exceptional high-end mattresses and gorgeous linens. The master has double sliding glass doors which looks out to the ocean and provides direct access to the 25 x 30 ft deck which is private for this unit only. It has a king bed and its own private bathroom. The front bedroom has amazing views of pilgrim's lake and features an extremely comfortable queen bed and 2 sleep chairs that turn into a queen size bed when opened together.

ALL LINENS, BATH, 6 BEACH TOWELS PROVIDED!!!

Nancy was incredible- even when I am trying to get into the wrong property! So patient and kind. The condo not only had absolutely anything you could think of it was so organized and easy to locate any item you may need. The entire place is set up for you to enjoy the space - I’ve never felt so welcome at a rental.

This property was great. The deck and the house was just as listed and the view is killer. The sunsets took your breathe away. Kitchen was very well stocked! Appliances were newer, nice! Exceeded Expectations

This condo is the nicest we have ever stayed in on Rte 6A in Truro, and that’s saying a lot because we have been coming up to the cape each summer for 34 years and have stayed in so so many. This place is georgeous and roomy and modern and clean and quiet with a huge private deck and everything you need in a huge kitchen. Incredible views and the host was so helpful and responsive with a few questions I had. Will definitely stay here again. Best time!!!!

Beautiful time at a beautiful place

We have had several family vacations at this complex. We had the best time at Nancy's place. Why? It had the best deck to relax on, it was on the first floor (best with young children) and it was clean and more than well supplied with kitchen tools, our own grill and more. The bed was very comfortable, which made me realize I might need a new mattress :) A great time was had by all!

Perfect week at the beach!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and we will be back! Big deck that easily hosted dinners for our party of 4 adults, 2 children, and 1 infant, and comfortable inside -- clean all around, well appointed kitchen, convenient location close to major beaches and Provincetown. The bed was a little soft for our taste but other than that we had zero complaints. We had a great trip and look forward to coming back soon!

The condo was amazing! It was super clean and exactly as described. We all enjoyed spending time on the beautiful huge deck. The owners, Nancy and Ray, were wonderful and very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful beach retreat

We truly enjoyed our stay and Turo at this beautiful two bedroom condo. Our daughter and her husband joined us. The view is absolutely gorgeous. The sounds of the ocean are just So relaxing.. Our only complaint is that we would prefer a more firm mattress, but otherwise the accommodations were stellar, we are so grateful to the hosts 😊

Vacation

Der Aufenthalt war insofern für Urlaub unzureichend unentspannt, da die Matratzen beider Betten mangelhaft waren, ein wichtiger Punkt, dies wurde von jemandem vorher bereits bemängelt und sollte umgehend behoben werden! Ausserdem sind die Stühle am Esstisch durchgesessen und es gab keinen Sonnenschirm, was für den Preis alles passen sollte. Ansonsten eine schöne Unterkunft.
