“A good hotel in a strategic area, but services can be improved, considering it's a four-star hotel. Coffee machines on the ground floor often don't work. I was surprised not to find toiletries in the bathroom. Also, the bathroom was not well cleaned the day after shampooing, and several hairs were left in the bathtub. So disappointing, considering the price of the room! ”

“The accommodation was a bit dated, but very central and well kept. It was reasonably priced and although there's enough filling buffet breakfast included in the room rate, there's only limited option. Again, considering the room prices, it's quite a generous inclusion. Just a short walk from Waterfront station that directly connects to the airport. Canada Place complex is just a short walk from the hotel.
