“The hospitality was good. The rooms could be a little bit more cleaner, but it wasn’t bad.”

“Terrible stay. Would not come back. Everything was fine until we arrived and were told the hotel Wi-Fi was down. We stayed for three days, and the Wi-Fi was still not working by the end of the trip. That meant no reliable internet the entire stay, and since my phone only had one or two bars in the room, I could barely stream anything or use my phone properly either. On top of that, the key cards were extremely temperamental. I had to get my room keys redone four different times. Staff...

“The place is definitely beautiful, but the staff is awful. We waited on the counter for 25 minutes and nobody was around. The room did not have a remote control for the TV and you could not call from the phone to the front desk It was and Neil sticking out of the carpet that my wife stepped right in it. We put a table on top of it and told the staff when we checked out. Breakfast is the cheapest plastic silverware with paper plate Absolutely terrible”

“Funky loft-style lodging. I didn't read the booking very well and was pleasantly surprised to find a full kitchen with pots/pans/dishes/dishwasher plus a clothes washer/dryer. Reminded me of my aunt's loft in SOHO back in the 80's....but this was way cleaner.”

“Did have broken coffee machine in room. It was replaced. Tear in Seattle cushion was noted. Thermostat was " off". My room was either too hot or cold. Hard time getting to adjust.”

“Il personale è inesistente, ti prendono in giro, abbiamo contattato la struttura perché abbiamo avuto un problema. Invece di dire che non era possibile modificare la prenotazione non rispondevano ai messaggi, telefonando rispondevano di sì ma di scrivere ad Expedia ed Expedia rispondeva che l’hotel non accettava la modifica…uno dei due ci ha preso in giro!!! Colazione mediocre, poca scelta e ti devi preparare i waffle da solo. Pulizia scarsa, ogni due giorni ”
