“The property needs 24h check-in. Our flight arrived late and I had to seek help from Hotels.com staff to get the property to respond. We waited 1.5h to get our keys to check-in and went to bed at nearly 3am. There were no kitchen amenities nor was there breakfast included. The hostel is really good though. This was my first time in a shared room with multiple beds and we were comfortable, enjoyed privacy and the showers were clean. I would stay there again, provided I don’t have to wait...

“This hostel is a fantastic place to stay if you wish to be centrally located in Chinatown and close to all forms of public transit. The room was perfectly adequate, with the exception of the a/c which was fabulous. I wouldn't consider what they offered in the morning as breakfast (bread, jam, peanut butter, cereal), but it was free. They offered instant coffee and tea all day. The staff was friendly and the property was clean. I would stay here again!”

“When I went to check in the dude was nowhere to be found. I walked in and asked around until I found who worked there. The gentleman was in the back with no uniform and barely knew English. He then has me wait in the lobby for 5 minutes, maybe he was making my bed, I don’t know. When I got to my bed there was no towel so I told him and he said he’d get me one once they were out of the laundry. Upon my return that evening, there still was not a towel and I had to take a shower without one which...
