Hotel vicino a North West Independent Hospital Ballykelly - Limavady

“Horrible, a real nightmare hotel. The pictures they provided are just illusions. You can go there JUST if you are a golf player or you have child ill-mannered!! The room was quite basic and poor, the mattress hard and the pillow uncomfortable. The breakfast was also poor and "synthetic". The pool was crowded of children screaming, running end diving. “Lovely hotel in a regenerated area of the city. Good facilities. Only things that need improvement are staff customer service- waiters and waitresses are either young and clearly doing summer jobs or older staff where English is not their first language and I found either things asked for did not show up or staff didn’t understand. Also an electric charger for EV/ hybrid vehicles would be welcome.”

“It felt like we were staying in a bachelor pad. There was mold in the bathroom and the linens and towels were nubby and stained. We were unable to get hot water and checked out a day early.”
