The space
The first floor has a full kitchen with a large center island that seats 4; dining tables seat 10; living room has a 65-inch flat-screen smart TV with cable access and WiFi connectivity; open area concept in kitchen, dining area, and living room to keep families together; queen sofa bed in living room (great for those who need one-floor accommodations); great views of the bay from each area; large glass doors lead to your private bay-front deck with large table, umbrella, chairs, and barbecue grill; storage area under deck; ramp to the shared fishing pier and dock area (fishing pier and dock area shared with owner). Full bath with walk-in shower in first-floor foyer.

The second floor has 4 bedrooms that sleep 14 guests (king, queen, bunk, pull-out sofa, and roll-away beds), 2 full baths, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The primary bedroom overlooks the bay, has a private bath, king bed, queen sofa bed, and private bay-side balcony deck. 50-inch Flat-screen TV in each bedroom.

Other things to note
Seasonal, monthly, and multi-week rentals are preferred but weekly and nightly rentals are accepted based on availability. Please contact the owner with special request dates, availability, and rates. We'll be happy to consider all special requests and make availability exceptions whenever possible.
