Sun Soaked Backyard Beach Condo

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. We are only four blocks to the beach and boardwalk. The property is only a few feet away from Hassles Ice Cream and Al the Steak and Pizza King restaurant. In addition, we are only a 6 minute walk to Owen's Pub and a 10 minute walk to the Salty Mermaid. Enjoy live music at the Sea Port Pier and have a drink at Mikey's Island bar that are also within walking distance. This location is only one block from the playground, basketball courts, pickle ball courts, skate park, and hockey rink. During your stay, you will have access to the entire back unit of the home with two private entrances. It is a duplex. There is a living room, eat in kitchen, one bathroom with a tub, and two bedrooms (one full size bed and one queen size bed). The living room has a pull out queen size couch to sleep two more guests. An enclosed front porch is located at the front entrance and there is a fenced in private backyard with an outdoor shower, grill, picnic table, additional seating, and cornhole game. **Only free street parking is available. **There are no parking spaces. **There are no pets, parties, or smoking of any kind allowed. **We only allow ages 25+ for bookings. **Beach chairs and an umbrella is provided.
**Paper products, hand soap, dish soap, and cleaning supplies will be provided. The kitchen is supplied with all of the necessities including, coffee and filters, salt, pepper, and olive oil. ****Pillows will be provided but bring your own sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels, and washcloths.
