Bicycle Policy: Please note that bicycles are not permitted on the property for rental guests. If you choose to bring bicycles, they must remain on or in your vehicle at all times. Bicycles may not be stored anywhere on the property, including walkways, pool areas, fences, or common areas.

Non-Smoking Policy: This is a non-smoking property. A $500 fee will apply for violations.

Parking: There is one labeled parking space.

The two bedrooms each feature comfortable queen beds, while a sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space, accommodating up to six guests. The bathroom is well-appointed and includes a bathtub, making it convenient for families. Additional features include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, cable/satellite TV, and access to a shared outdoor pool.

Pool Availability Notice: Please note that pool access is seasonal and subject to weather conditions. The pool may be closed during the off-season, during periods of inclement weather, or for routine maintenance, and availability is subject to the property or community's operating dates and discretion. The pool is closed from the middle of October to the middle of May.

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old. The guest signing the lease must be present at the property throughout the duration of the trip.
