The space
This is a sophisticated yet relaxed second-floor condo featuring an open-concept design that promotes socializing. Other things to note
This is a second-floor unit, requiring guests to use the stairs. We require a signed rental agreement and a refundable $500 security hold (managed via OwnerRez). Please note:

The unit is ideal for warm weather stays and does not have heating.
