Just ok

Overall, the house was acceptable, but just that there was no trashcan no paper towels the lens weren’t clean when I was there when I checked in and the bathroom tub had to be fixed multiple times due to the age of the house. Also, there was a fruit fly problem That started the day I moved in. On top of that, the guy made me leave a day early. I still haven’t been reimbursed for that. The house says it’s modern, but it is easily 70 years old all of the floors slant to the middle and the bed is uncomfortable because of the inlevel floor. Overall it’s ok but expensive fo

Overpriced disrepair

Wires in the yard trip you as you get out of your car. As you climb the steps, the railing threatens to give way. In the kitchen, the faucet leaks frequently, the refrigerator, occasionally. A gaping hole where the smoke detector should be. Someone comes to fix it, fails to, and you never hear from them again. The heat breaks in the depths of winter, and judging from the helpful response of the upstairs neighbors, this has happened many times before. The bathroom is full of chipped tiles, flaking lead paint in the doorframe, water damage and probably mold underneath: You exhaustedly flop into the mattress and notice your head is inches below your feet, due to the crooked floors. Once leveled with some wood blocks, the mattress is of such poor quality that you feel you are sleeping in a cereal bowl. Buyer beware.
